The Recruitment Services team of kariera.gr consists of specialized recruitment

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an HR Associate.
The successful candidate will join an organized Human Resources team, supported by
experienced HR professionals, and will actively participate in the department’s daily
operations and processes. The role will contribute to employee support, the management of
HR processes and records, as well as initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding, and
people development. The position is addressed to individuals with strong organizational and
communication skills, a sense of responsibility, a willingness to learn and grow
professionally, and an interest in developing their career in HR within a modern, wellorganized, and dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Management of day-to-day HR Administration matters and employee support
Coordination of the employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, changes, contracts, and offboarding
Maintenance and updating of HRIS, records, trackers, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and personal data protection
Preparation of contracts, employment certificates, certifications, and other HR documentation
Collection and verification of payroll, leave, absence, shift, attendance, and working time data
Monitoring of the Digital Work Card and coordination of corrections in case of discrepancies
Support of Recruitment activities, interviews, and communication with candidates and hiring managers
Management of employee benefits, supporting documentation, and related changes
Support of HR compliance, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives
Preparation of HR reports/trackers, data verification, and audit support
Participation in the improvement of HR processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of professional experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or a similar role
Good understanding of HR Administration processes and the employee lifecycle
Excellent command of the English language
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field, will be considered an advantage
Familiarity with ERGANI
Experience using HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or a similar system Essential Soft Skills
Professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
Strong time management and effective prioritization skills
Service-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting employees
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team spirit and effective collaboration
