Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish engaging job advertisements across multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

• Source, approach, and screen candidates using recruitment platforms, networking, and direct-search techniques.

• Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit, and contribute to the preparation of qualified shortlists for clients.

• Support the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing through placement, working closely with more experienced members of the team.

• Develop strong relationships with candidates and client companies, gaining a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by preparing candidates for interviews, providing timely feedback, and guiding them throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records using the company’s digital tools and systems.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in recruitment, human resources, customer service, or sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field will be considered an asset.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proactive, confident, results-oriented, and energetic personality.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Fluency in Greek and a good command of English.

• Familiarity with MS Office and confidence in using and learning digital tools.

• Genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people development.
