Leisure Sales Manager
Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is seeking to recruit, on behalf of its client Airotel, a professional for the position of Leisure Sales Manager.

Working location: Athens Headquarters
Scope of work:
To develop and expand the Sales Portfolio of the Hotel Group, to achieve revenue and market share growth, through the right targeting and strategy implementation in Leisure Markets.
Responsibilities:
- Always demonstrating a pleasant and positive professional image.
- Always following the company’s internal policies as well as behavioral, grooming and personal hygiene Standards.
- Monitoring the attire and behavior of the department's staff as well as their compliance with all internal policies.
- Ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are constantly followed and in the right way by all team members, aiming to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring that team members are knowledgeable about the hotel's offerings and can effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Communicating via phone calls or email correspondence to respond to clients or suppliers about several questions and requests about our hotels.
- Developing relationships with the community to strength and expand customers base for sales opportunities.
- Targeting new leads and potential key accounts/per segment and per hotel.
- Working closely with revenue to ensure proposed rate negotiation and meet the financial needs of the company/seasonality.
- Developing and executing the annual Leisure Sales Plan and budget related to the department’s needs (workforce planning and spending for sales actions and campaigns).
- Developing and Executing Strategic Sales Actions and Campaigns.
- Continuously evaluating and analyzing the competition as well as the Leisure travel market to identify travel trends, opportunities and threats.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Leisure travel agents and key stakeholders in Leisure travel market.
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, revenue, groups & banquet, hotel operations, to ensure alignment with the designed sales strategy and the quality standards we guarantee to our guests and partners.
- Preparing and analyzing sales reports related to sales activity, forecasting, market and revenue growth.
- Entering data and activating policies, special offers, and allotments in the PMS, Web Hotelier, HotelBeds, TUI and updating the Reservations and Hotel departments.
- Sending the contract to the agency or the company.
- Preparing a calendar with all the big events taking place in the area.
- Participating actively in all departmental and interdepartmental meetings whenever necessary, to support an effective communication flow and enhance collaboration and decision making.
- Initiating effective meetings with his/her team to ensure alignment with goals and provide guidance.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant position in the Hospitality Industry.
- Proficient use of MS Office, relevant hotel PMS (Preferably Protel), Web hotelier B2B and OTA platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Sales Plans, budget and Campaigns.
