The role:

The IT Recruiter assists employers to identify, select and recruit staff for their vacancies, and help individuals find and gain appropriate employment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IT recruitment and will play a key role in the success of Kariera.gr’s tech hiring projects. The recruiter's role is the vital link between candidates and clients and building relationships- it involves attracting candidates by uploading job posts and using LinkedIn, screening candidates, interviewing and selecting suitable professionals to put forward to client companies.

Responsibilities:

The IT Recruiter we are looking for, will be responsible for:

• Source and scout candidates through job postings, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit to meet clients’ expectations and present shortlist (CVs and evaluations).
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and culture.
• Provide timely feedback to all parties involved throughout the recruitment process.
• Report to the IT Recruitment Lead, working within a defined team.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support company objectives.

Requirements:

• MSc degree in Human Resources / Business etc. will be considered as a plus
• At least 3-4 year experience in Recruitment agencies and 1-2 as an IT Recruiter
• Excellent communication and oganizational skills
• Ability to work proactively within a team
• Confidence and results-driven personality
