You’ll work on roles in Software Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps,
InfoSec, and emerging tech fields—helping businesses build the teams that power
innovation, and gain access to the right talent at the right moment.
What You’ll Do
Own the full tech hiring cycle—from identifying niche tech skill sets to
managing candidate experience end-to-end
Proactively source high-demand tech talent through LinkedIn, targeted
outreach, networking, and innovative search techniques
Conduct structured interviews to evaluate both technical competencies
and cultural alignment with clients’ needs
Build and manage strong client relationships, understanding their business
models, tech stacks, hiring challenges, and team culture
Prepare and deliver high-quality shortlists, reports, and candidate
evaluations
Guide stakeholders through hiring milestones with clear, consistent
communication
Collaborate closely with the Head of Talent Solutions on strategic tech
hiring initiatives, contributing to growth, innovation, and process
optimization
Actively support a strong team culture and contribute to a high-impact, tech-
driven talent function
What You Bring
B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Combination of studies in Business and Tech will be considered a plus, i.e., Management Information Systems (MIS)
HR & Digital Transformation programs
Talent Acquisition ή HR Analytics certifications
3+ years of recruitment experience, including 1+ year in Tech
recruitment (agency experience preferred).
Familiarity with tech roles, terminology, and industry trends
Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset
Strong organizational abilities and the confidence to work proactively and
independently
A results-driven, energetic personality and eagerness to grow in the tech
talent space
Excellent command of the English language
