Office Administrator
Kariera Group Recruitment Services team is seeking, on behalf of a client, a pioneer manufacturing company in the food industry, Office Administrator in Athens.
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of the office
- Manage telephone calls and correspondence (both physical and electronic)
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and database
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and calendars
- Communicate with partners, clients, and suppliers
- Assist in administrative and accounting processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field)
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Communication skills and professional demeanor
