Personal Assistant
Kariera Group Recruitment Services team is seeking, on behalf of a client, a pioneer manufacturing industry, Personal Assistant in Athens.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Provide personal support when required.
- Liaise with partners and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field).
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and organizational tools (Outlook, Google Calendar, Teams)
- Ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
- Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
