Sandblu Resort, Santorini, is currently in search of HR Generalist

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Review applications and resume and screen candidates’ profiles. Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g. absences, bonuses, leaves
• Ensure all employment documents are compliant with legal requirements.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts and offer letters.
• Help with the coordination of employee training sessions or workshops.
• Participate in audits and reporting as required by internal or external authorities
• Assist with training and development programs
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g. headcount, turnover, leave balances)
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational guidelines
• Participate in audits and reporting as required by internal or external authorities

Qualifications/Experience

• At least one year’s experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Based in Athens and Santorini
• Excellent English & Greek language with the ability to write and speak effectively.
