The Hospitality Recruitment Team of kariera.Group is seeking, on behalf of its client AMORGINA Boutique Hotel an F&B Supervisor
AMORGINA is a newly opening 4-star premium boutique hotel in Amorgos, built around a philosophy of curated, authentic Greek hospitality. We are looking for passionate service professionals to join our restaurant and bar team for our inaugural season.
The Role You will be part of an exclusive, small-scale dining concept helmed by Chef Babis Kountouris, offering a curated menu inspired by the culinary traditions of Amorgos. From a thoughtfully crafted breakfast using local products to all-day dining and themed evenings with breathtaking views, every shift is an experience — for guests and team alike. The restaurant also welcomes external guests.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a boutique or upscale hospitality environment
· Warm, genuine communication style — in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and support the team
· Excellent knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, service standards, and guest experience
· Ability to lead by example, handle daily operations efficiently, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service with a guest-first mindset
