Job Title: Barista / Sales Consultant

Location: Athens City Center, Greece

5 Almonds is a premium lifestyle and retail brand dedicated to offering exceptional products and customer experiences. We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Barista / Sales Consultant to join our team in the heart of Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light refreshments according to company standards.

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.

  • Assist customers with product recommendations and sales.

  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and retail area.

  • Support daily store operations, stock replenishment, and merchandising.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista, retail associate, or in customer service is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good command of English.
