Kariera's Hospitality team is looking, a Sales Development Representative.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and identifying opportunities to acquire new business - this is a "hunter" role
Cold-calling key decision makers
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
Thinking strategically to create customized solutions that provide value to clients' bottom line
Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Track progress towards meeting sales goals
Job Requirements:
Monitored outbound sales calls per day
Conduct sales appointments over the phone or virually
Utilize tools like GSuite Slides to create effective presentations
Identify key decision makers inside companies
Leads will be provided and there will be opportunity to self-source to grow the business
Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to self-motivate - high-performance environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills
Working knowledge of GSuite; particularly Sheets and Slides (Excel and Powerpoint will be fine as well)
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Excellent command of the English language
