Role: Bartender

Position Purpose

As a Bartender at Porto Elounda Golf & Spa Resort, you play a key role in

delivering an outstanding guest experience. Your main objective is to prepare and

serve high-quality beverages and cocktails while creating a refined and

welcoming atmosphere that reflects the prestige of our hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, and beverages

according to company standards.

• Provide exceptional guest service at the bar, offering menu

recommendations and beverage pairings.

• Ensure excellent presentation of drinks and compliance with hygiene and

safety standards (HACCP).

• Organize and prepare the workstation (mise-en-place) before the

beginning of each shift.

• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and coordinate orders with the

F&B Manager.

• Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth and timely

order execution.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout

operations.

• Handle cash transactions and issue bills when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a 4* or 5*

hotel or a high-end cocktail bar.

• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktail preparation.

• Very good command of the English language; additional foreign languages

will be considered an asset.

• Professional appearance, excellent communication, and customer

service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within a team environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts and varying schedules.
