Role Description

We are currently seeking a Waiter / Waitress A La Carte for the renowned Old Mill Restaurant at Elounda Mare Hotel.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences within a refined fine dining environment. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized service aligned with the luxury standards of a Relais & Châteaux property.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail

• Present menus and provide personalized food & wine recommendations

• Take accurate food and beverage orders while ensuring smooth and timely service

• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams for seamless restaurant operations

• Ensure quality presentation standards for all dishes and beverages

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas throughout service

• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

• Support a positive team environment and uphold the hotel’s luxury service culture

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally within fine dining or luxury hospitality

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Knowledge of restaurant service procedures and hospitality etiquette

• Basic understanding of culinary terminology and food preparation methods

• Excellent attention to detail and guest-oriented mindset

• Fluency in English is required

• Knowledge of Greek or additional languages will be considered an advantage

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury environment
