Retail Experience Associate - Anthologist Boutique | Athens
The Hospitality Recruitment team of Kariera.gr is seeking to recruit, on behalf of its client Anthologist a professional for the position of Retail Experience Associate
Retail Experience Associate – Anthologist Boutique
Location: Athens, Greece
About us
Located within one of Athens’ most iconic mid-century landmark hotels, The Store at the Ilisian is seeking to recruit Retail Experience Associates.
A modern emporium of ideas, origins and objects, The Store at the Ilisian is more than a store — it is a curated universe, a living editorial shaped by Anthologist. Neither boutique nor gift shop, it is conceived as a cultural salon where heritage meets provocation, and where every object, display and window forms part of a larger narrative. It will serve as a destination for both Athenians and international travelers — a place of discovery, storytelling and craftsmanship.
Operated by Anthologist — with coverage in New York Times, Vogue, Condé Nast Traveler, Monocle and beyond — the approach to hotel retail is singular and immersive. Based in Athens, Anthologist is a cross-cultural brand rooted in retail, hospitality and design, led by Greek-American founder Andria Mitsakos. With a focus on cultural preservation as a living practice, Anthologist creates objects, shapes collections and designs spaces that bridge tradition and the contemporary. Through global collaborations and a deep sensitivity to place, it brings together craft, narrative and design — where retail becomes ritual, and every piece carries meaning.
