Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and seating the guests

• Presenting menu, provide information, make recommendations to guests and take orders

• Organize table settings and maintain tables clean

• Follow strict hygiene procedures along with hotel's Policies.

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

• Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures.

• Performing any other related duties as required by the F&B department.

Requirements

• At least 1- 2 years of working experience in a similar position in 5* Luxury Resorts or High-End Restaurants.

• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (micros). Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP principles preferred)

• Excellent knowledgeof the Greek and English language - additional languages will be considered as a plus.

• Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality

• Flexibility in working shifts.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Friendly, polite and detailed oriented.
