Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute à la carte desserts to fine dining standards.

• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the pastry workstation.

• Oversee the inventory, storage, and proper handling of raw materials.

• Guide and support the pastry team in daily operations.

• Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to ensure the quality consistency of the menu.

• Check quality and freshness of ingredients daily before production.

• Perform any related duties, as required by the Kitchen department.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in fine dining or a 5* hotel.

• Degree or diploma from a Pastry & Bakery School (culinary degree).

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.

• Excellent knowledge of pastry and baking techniques.

• Familiarity with modern dessert trends and international pastry practices.

• Fluent in Greek and good command of English.

• Flexible schedule and adaptability.
