Position Overview
The Cook A leads the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, efficient workflow, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Responsible for supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food production, and maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and overall kitchen performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute breakfast à la carte dishes
• Assist with snack and all-day menu production
• Participate in daily mise en place
• Handle room service orders when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Collaborate with Prep Cook and service team

• Experience in a professional kitchen
• Familiarity with breakfast à la carte or simple all-day menus
