Your role:

Handle French speaking customer inquiries with clear, friendly support via phone, email, and chat 💬

Provide accurate solutions and guide users through their requests ✅

Collaborate with your team to improve processes and deliver top-quality service ⭐

Use digital tools efficiently 🖥️

We are looking for:

Native/near native French (spoken & written) with fluent English 🗣️

Positive, customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude 💡

Team-oriented mindset 👥 

Comfortable with digital tools and managing multiple communication channels 💻

EU citizenship 

Willingness to relocate to Athens 🏖️

Available for 8-hour rotating shifts, 5 days per week, including weekends ⏰
