What you’ll do:

• 📞 Support customers via phone, email, and chat with clear, helpful solutions

• 💡 Guide users through their needs and suggest extra services to improve their experience

• 🗂 Keep records accurate and organized

• 🤝 Collaborate proactively as a reliable team player in a friendly environment

What you bring:

• 🗣 Native or fluent Italian and fluent English

• 💻 Comfortable with digital tools and multitasking

• 🌟 Positive, customer-first attitude with a proactive mindset

• 👥 Strong team spirit and willingness to support colleagues

• ⏰ Availability to work 8-hour rotating shifts, 5 days a week, including weekends

• EU citizenship
