Kariera Group, on behalf of our client, a pioneering technology company at the forefront of Edge Cloud Systems & Services, is expanding their team with a talented 5G Engineer ready to make an impact on next-generation wireless networks.

The company develops portable, high-performance infrastructure solutions that empower organizations to operate at the edge, wherever that edge may be. From defense and telecom to enterprise-grade deployments, they deliver intelligent, mobile cloud systems that bring compute power closer to the data source.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, optimization, and deployment of 5G networks.
• Provide technical expertise on 5G architecture, RAN, core networks, and spectrum.
• Develop solutions for real-world use cases such as IoT, URLLC, and autonomous systems.
• Assess 5G technologies to guide long-term strategy and system design.
• Analyze and enhance 5G network performance in terms of coverage, capacity, and quality.
• Work collaboratively with internal experts and external stakeholders to align on tech trends.

Who We’re Looking For:

• An experienced engineer with a proven track record in building or deploying 5G networks.
• Knowledge of the 5G ecosystem, standards, and use cases is essential; open-source or academic research involvement is a big plus.
• Prior experience in companies like Nokia, Huawei, or other edge/cloud infrastructure providers is considered an advantage.
• A Master’s degree or PhD in telecommunications, networking, or a related field is preferred.
• We’re also open to junior engineers or recent graduates with strong fundamentals in 5G and networking, who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive team.
