Key Responsibilities:
As the Marketing & Communication Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of managing the Salesforce CRM platform and marketing automation efforts. Your main duties include:
- CRM Platform Optimization: Lead the implementation and optimization of CRM projects primarily within the Salesforce platform, focusing on campaign setup, journey building, and automation.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, and IT teams to define requirements, configure solutions, and support campaign execution.
- Campaign and Journey Design: Develop and manage CRM journeys, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.
- Product Vision Development: Contribute to the creation and communication of the CRM product vision and roadmap.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories and tasks are well-defined and aligned with project goals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors (if applicable).
- Training & Change Enablement: Conduct testing, documentation, and training to ensure seamless adoption of platform updates and feature rollouts.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage CRM data and performance metrics to continuously optimize and improve customer journeys.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in CRM, marketing automation, and Salesforce. Key qualifications include:
- CRM Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, campaign setup, journey building, and automation features.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to write queries (e.g., SQL) for data extraction and segmentation.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with product ownership principles
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital commerce, customer journeys, UX design, and digital marketing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with marketing, IT, and CRM teams to deliver aligned goals.
- Fluent in English: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience with CMS Tools: Familiarity with Bluebridge or similar CMS tools is a plus.
