This is not a traditional sales closing role — it’s about building a solid pipeline of qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and driving long-term customer success.

🔍 What You'll Do:

• Engage and qualify prospects, nurturing them through the sales funnel
• Upsell and promote additional products/services to existing accounts
• Drive renewals and customer retention through proactive communication and support
• Handle inbound inquiries, providing timely, professional customer service
• Offer basic technical support and guidance — you’ll be the first line of contact for troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the clients’ CRM

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in B2B sales, customer service, or account management is a benefit, but not a requirement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills — phone and email etiquette matter!
• Tech-savvy and comfortable explaining software or technical products
• Highly organized with a proactive and strategic approach to pipeline building
• Self-motivated, curious, and able to work independently and in a team
• Experience with CRM systems and basic support ticketing tools is a plus
