HR Generalist
The Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. This position is responsible for managing the hiring process, enhancing employer branding, and supporting HR initiatives related to workforce planning and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Employer Branding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Develop strategies to strengthen employer branding.
Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Organize and improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Monitor employee engagement during the first months.
HR Support & Operations:
- Support in HR processes such as performance reviews, training coordination, and employee relations.
Workforce Planning: Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and future talent gaps.
HR Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment KPIs, retention rates, and workforce trends to provide insights and recommendations.
Payroll: Familiarity with preparation
Key Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with interviewing, candidate assessment, and onboarding.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and employees.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
