Recruitment Services | Kariera Group, on behalf of our client VORTEX SOFTWARE, a specialized software house with over 16 years of experience in facility & maintenance management and field service management, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager – ERP Solutions to join their team in Athens (Metamorfosi).

This is a full-time, hybrid position offering the opportunity to lead ERP implementation projects while managing a team of consultants and collaborating directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of ERP Consultants to ensure effective project execution.

• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.

• Plan and manage the full lifecycle of ERP projects (from kickoff to delivery), ensuring alignment with scope, deadlines, and quality.

• Monitor KPIs and project progress, reporting directly to the CTO.

• Identify potential risks and proactively address any issues that may affect project delivery.

• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and manage internal workflows.

• Ensure adherence to best practices across project management and ERP implementation.

• Support client onboarding and continuously improve internal project processes.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in ERP or software implementation environments.

• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems (implementation, configuration, or support).

• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of MS SQL databases.

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

• Fluency in English and Greek.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or other recognized Project Management certifications.

• Certifications or formal training in ERP/CRM platforms.
