Head Waiter (A' Waiter)

for the upcoming summer season 2025.

Main Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcoming guests and offering personalized, prompt service.
• Taking food and beverage orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serving dishes and drinks with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Anticipating and meeting guests' needs to ensure an excellent dining experience.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area at all times.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Handling questions, special requests, or complaints from guests with a positive attitude and professionalism.
• Promoting dishes and special offers to enhance the guest experience.
• Adhering to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Supporting the preparation and setup of the dining area before and after shifts.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotels or restaurants in a similar position.
• Excellent command of English (Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an asset.)
• Outstanding communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Professional appearance and behavior, organizational and leadership skills, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility and efficiency under pressure.
