At Kariera Recruitment Services, we are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager on behalf of our client, Med Frigo, a leading company in the logistics and warehousing sector. With a strong presence across Greece and a dynamic, growth-driven environment, Med Frigo is part of an international group and plays a key role in the logistics supply chain.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join the team immediately. The ideal candidate will be experienced in labor law compliance and ERGANI system processes, and will be responsible for overseeing core HR operations, supporting employee relations initiatives, and collaborating closely with management to foster a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all employment-related processes through ERGANI (hiring, terminations, scheduling.
• Coordination for the outsourced payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.
• Lead recruitment activities (interviews, onboarding, exit procedures).
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to the CEO.
• Support the development and future implementation of performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with Greek labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Liaise with operations and warehouse teams to align HR initiatives with business needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on labor law and ERGANI system operations.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek labor legislation.
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive matters discreetly.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage.
