Space Management Lead
The Kariera.Group Recruitment Services team is looking on behalf of a retail company an experienced and data-driven Space Management Lead to play a critical role in the strategic design and optimization of our retail spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for the digital transformation of store layouts and planograms, ensuring full alignment with the company’s commercial objectives and adapting to the evolving retail landscape.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to transform data into actionable design strategies that maximize commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and optimization of new store layouts and renovations based on data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain space performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of intelligent planograms, driving efficiency in merchandising and in-store execution.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional retail projects aligned with market needs and company goals.Monitor retail trends and translate market insights into spatial planning best practices.
- Support the creation of a centralized, digitized space database to enable scalable planning and execution.

Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in store design, retail space planning, or merchandising
- Proven ability to make data-informed decisionsSolid understanding of consumer trends and how they affect retail space dynamics
