Responsibilities:

• Strategic Collaboration with management and departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Resource Management overseeing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring smooth processes at all stages.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive work environment and addressing concerns proactively.
• Αddressing conflicts and supporting employee well-being.
• Compliance ensuring HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or a related HR Business Partner role.
• Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, benefits, performance evaluation, and compliance with labor laws.
• Skills in analyzing HR data and improving processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with all levels of the organization.
