The Recruitment Services team | Kariera Group is looking for a Sales Engineer Consultant on behalf of Alumil S.A. – one of the most advanced companies in the design and production of architectural aluminum systems worldwide

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit existing and potential clients to increase sales through new projects.
• Schedule regular visits in coordination with architectural firms, technical companies, public entities, and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in projects.
• Identify and promote new or ongoing projects for the group’s products.
• Stay up to date with the company’s technical systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to effectively achieve project acquisition targets.
• Provide technical support to private and public project designers (e.g., with detailed drawings, technical descriptions, thermal permeability calculations, static pre-checks, etc.).
• Monitor competitors’ technical solutions and inform the R&D department.
• Participate in company conferences and exhibitions.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Degree in Engineering (AEI/TEI) or related field.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel for business.
