Sales Engineer Consultant
The Recruitment Services team | Kariera Group is looking for a Sales Engineer Consultant on behalf of Alumil S.A. – one of the most advanced companies in the design and production of architectural aluminum systems worldwide
Job Responsibilities:
Visit existing and potential clients to increase sales through new projects.
Schedule regular visits in coordination with architectural firms, technical companies, public entities, and contractors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in projects.
Identify and promote new or ongoing projects for the group’s products.
Stay up to date with the company’s technical systems and solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to effectively achieve project acquisition targets.
Provide technical support to private and public project designers (e.g., with detailed drawings, technical descriptions, thermal permeability calculations, static pre-checks, etc.).
Monitor competitors’ technical solutions and inform the R&D department.
Participate in company conferences and exhibitions.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Degree in Engineering (AEI/TEI) or related field.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in English.
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Willingness to travel for business.
