Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes meet or exceed quality standards.
- Supervise inventory, order stock, and maintain food cost controls.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas in line with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure proper food storage and hygiene practices are followed.
- Collaborate with management to create memorable dining experiences tailored to guests..
- Address guest feedback and requests regarding food offerings with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Head Cook in a high-end, luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and hygiene standards.
- Creativity and attention to detail in designing menus and presenting food.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A passion for providing guests with exceptional dining experiences.
