Sandblu Resort is currently in search of: SPA Therapist Aesthetician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other aesthetic services, to the highest standards.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and any health concerns before treatments.
• Recommend personalized treatments and products to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment room, ensuring all equipment and products are properly sanitized.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest spa trends, techniques, and products to provide exceptional service.
• Assist in promoting spa services, packages, and retail products to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and products used.

Qualifications / Experience

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a SPA Therapist or Aesthetician in a luxury spa or hospitality environment (preferred but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• A passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Fluency in English.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
