Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression of the resort.
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring it is transported safely and efficiently to their rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about the resort’s facilities and services.
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
• Assist with valet parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and entrance area.
• Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, as required.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience as a Bellman, Porter, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential).
• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
