Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu.
• Organize weekly and shifts for the kitchen team.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to keep essential items available.
• Track and avoid basic food costs and revenue reports to support efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, following hygiene standards.
• Support a positive work environment for the F&B team.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Chef or Sous Chef or a similar role
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, basic inventory control, and ordering.
• Ability to organize schedules and maintain food quality.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
