In this role, you’ll be helping users enjoy their favorite shows and movies, solving account issues, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth viewing experience. All from the comfort of your home in Greece! 🌞📺

📍 Location: Work from anywhere in Greece
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day)
📄 Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 09:00–01:00
📑 Starting date: July 1st
💶 Salary: 14 salaries per year

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers via chat, phone, and emails
• Handle account access issues, billing questions, and general inquiries
• Provide friendly, clear, and effective support during every interaction
• Follow troubleshooting steps and internal guidelines to resolve problems
• Keep accurate records of each case in the system
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every user

🧩 What You Bring:

• Fluent Spanish speaker (C1 or higher)
• Good level of English (for internal communication)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Tech-savvy mindset and problem-solving approach
• Able to work rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 09:00–01:00)
• Comfortable working from a fully remote home office in Greece
